Episode Mentions:

Andrew is a lifelong servant.  Throughout his entire life, he has found time and ways to be an intentional resource to whoever crosses his path. After graduating in 2008 from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, he quickly put his servant heart to action.  He worked for just under 10 years for the Good Samaritan Society in various roles gaining direct management experience and relationship-building knowledge.  Andrew changed career paths to focus on development and fundraising beginning this journey at Junior Achievement.  He is currently working at The Banquet and has been for almost 4 years in a director role.  Andrew leads all marketing and fundraising activities at The Banquet.  While career growth has been a focus, so has volunteerism and active community participation. From serving on the executive team at church, volunteering to worship at St. Dysmas prison ministry, and participating on the Dow Rummel board of directors to teaching Junior Achievement classes and supporting Sonia Sotomayor Elementary School, Andrew actively focuses on being connected and helping to make a change. Andrew believes that every human being deserves dignity and support to thrive.  He strives to meet people where they are and form meaningful and genuine relationships with people that cross his path in life.
