Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)

With an IRA Certificate, you agree to leave the money untouched for a set amount of time (a term) in exchange for a higher interest rate. It can be a great choice, since you typically won’t need immediate access to your retirement funds anyway.

The biggest difference between a Roth and a Traditional IRA is the kind of tax break each account offers. For a Traditional IRA, your contributions are tax-deductible in the year they are made. For a Roth IRA, your withdrawals in retirement are not taxed.

It can take up to 60 days for your points to be credited to your account. You must accumulate 1,500 points before you can redeem your points. After that, you can redeem any number of amazing items. Simply look for your “Total Points Available for Redemption” on the Point Details page to see how many points you have available for redemption.

Earn points on qualifying transactions. Earn even more points when you shop at the participating retailers listed on this site. Choose to shop in-store at national or local retailers or online.
All cards within a Voyage account automatically earn points together. In addition, if you have multiple accounts with Voyage Federal Credit Union, you can link them together to earn rewards faster. Just visit the Preferences page in your account, to link more accounts to your program. If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued, points will automatically be transferred to the new card. Once you receive your new card, you will need to re-register on the website with your new card.

You can find your membership number on any statement from Voyage. You can also call us and we can give you your number.

You can sign up for online banking right here online. You’ll need your membership number, your street address, and your social security number on hand.

Enrolling in eStatements is simple:
Log in to your online banking account.
Once in your account, click on the ‘Self Service’ tab located on the top right.
Under ‘Additional Services’ is a link for ‘eStatements’. Click and select account for paperless statements.
Bill Pay

You do not need to sign up for Bill Pay separately. It is directly available in your online banking interface. You can sign up for online banking right here online.

Direct Deposit

Yes, you can. This is one of the faster ways to get your check.

Typically, you’ll just need your account number (the account you want your check to go to each month) and our routing number. You may also need to provide them with your address or the address for one of Voyage’s branches.

Mobile Banking

First, make sure you are signed up for online banking. Then, just download the mobile app and log in with the same credentials. You’ll be asked to agree to our terms and conditions, and then you’ll be good to go.
